Known for its anti-ageing properties, argan oil helps to reduce fine lines, improve elasticity, and protect against environmental stressors.

Pogostemon Cablin (Patchouli) Oil - A balancing and calming essential oil, patchouli is known for its anti-inflammatory, anti-ageing, and skin-rejuvenating properties. It helps to smooth imperfections and enhance skin radiance, making it a powerful addition to this restorative body scrub.

Glycerin - A natural humectant that draws moisture into the skin, preventing dryness and keeping skin soft, supple, and hydrated after exfoliation. It works alongside the oils to lock in long-lasting moisture and maintain a healthy skin barrier.

Step 1: Prep Your Skin

🛁 Use on freshly cleansed, damp skin to allow the scrub to glide smoothly and maximise exfoliation.

Step 2: Massage in Circular Motions

✨ Take a generous amount and massage onto the skin in gentle, circular motions, focusing on areas that need extra exfoliation, such as:
✔ Elbows
✔ Knees
✔ Heels
✔ Thighs & arms

💡 The caffeine in the scrub helps stimulate circulation, which may temporarily firm the skin and reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Step 3: Boost the Benefits

🌿 For enhanced results, leave the scrub on for 3–5 minutes before rinsing. This allows the caffeine and botanical oils to further nourish and invigorate your skin.

Step 4: Rinse & Hydrate

🚿 Rinse off thoroughly with warm water, leaving your skin smooth, refreshed, and deeply nourished.

💧 For silky-soft skin, follow with the Caffeine Enhanced Tissue Oil. Apply it to drier areas like elbows, knees, and heels to lock in moisture, restore elasticity, and achieve a radiant finish.

I am sensitive to caffeine. Can I still use the product?

Yes! While caffeine is a stimulant when consumed, its topical absorption is minimal and remains localised to the area of application. If you have extreme sensitivity, we recommend performing a patch test first.

Will it help with cellulite and stretch marks?

While no scrub can completely remove cellulite or stretch marks, the caffeine in our formula is known to stimulate blood flow and temporarily improve the appearance of dimpling, while the nourishing oils support skin repair and elasticity. With regular use, skin looks firmer, smoother, and more even-toned.

How often should I use it?

For best results, use 2–3 times per week on damp skin. Massage in circular motions, focusing on areas prone to dryness, roughness, or uneven tone (such as thighs, arms, and elbows).

Can I use it on my face?

This scrub is designed for the body, where skin is typically thicker and more resilient. For the face, we recommend gentler exfoliants specifically formulated for delicate skin.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes — but with caution. The scrub uses natural ingredients only, but because it’s a physical exfoliant, we recommend starting with a patch test and using it 1–2 times per week. If you have very sensitive skin, use lighter pressure when applying.

Does it leave skin feeling dry?

Not at all. Alongside the exfoliating coffee grinds, the scrub is enriched with natural plant oils (such as Sweet Almond and Sunflower Oil) that leave your skin hydrated, soft, and nourished after rinsing.

Is it safe to use before sun exposure or tanning?

Yes. Exfoliating before sun exposure helps to remove dead skin cells and achieve a more even tan. Just remember to always apply sunscreen afterwards, as freshly exfoliated skin can be more sensitive to UV rays.
