Apply in circular motions to freshly cleansed skin. Focus on areas that need extra exfoliation, like elbows, knees, and heels.

As you apply the scrub, use gentle, circular motions to massage it into your skin. The caffeine in the scrub can help improve circulation and reduce the appearance of cellulite.

For additional cellulite reduction, leave on for 3-5 minutes.

Why does my scrub come in a tube rather than a jar?
The tube packaging is chosen specifically to minimise the body scrub coming into contact with water. Using wet hands to scoop scrub out of a jar, you could introduce bacteria into the product, creating a breeding ground for bacteria and mould.

Why does my scrub turn milky when it comes into contact with water?
The transformation of your body scrub into a white or milky appearance when it comes into contact with water can be attributed to the emulsification of oils and other ingredients in the presence of water. The scrub contains various oils, such as Sunflower Seed Oil, Almond Seed Oil, and Coconut Oil, which are rich in fatty acids and can be hydrophobic (repellent to water). In contrast, emulsifying agents or surfactants like Sucrose Stearate, Sucrose Laurate, and Sucrose are included in the formula to make the scrub water-friendly. When you apply the scrub to your skin and massage it with water, these emulsifying agents and ingredients help create a stable mixture or emulsion. The oils, which would otherwise separate from water due to their hydrophobic nature, become dispersed evenly in the presence of the emulsifiers and water. This dispersion results in the scrub appearing white or taking on a milky appearance. This emulsification process makes the scrub easier to apply, spread, and rinse off, providing a smoother and more user-friendly experience. It also allows the oils to bind to impurities on your skin's surface, facilitating their removal when you rinse the scrub away.

I am sensitive to caffeine. Can I still use the product?
While caffeine can have stimulating effects when consumed orally, the absorption of caffeine through the skin is relatively low, and its effects are primarily localised to the area of application.
