What is your return policy?
In what we hope is the unlikely event that you’re unhappy with your purchase, and would like to return it, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your item(s). If sixty (60) days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or return at this time.
Should you wish to return any items, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and handling costs in order to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for any products lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days after the product is received.
All transactions made through the site are subject to ENOUGH.'s return policy in effect at the time of purchase.
Items purchased directly from its-enough.com may be accepted for a return. If you purchased an ENOUGH. Beauty product from one of our authorised retailers, please contact them for assistance.
Do you accept returns on sale items?
Only full-priced, saleable items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds on discounted items.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, in the unlikely event that your order is damaged or defective, we’d love to help. Please email us at hello@its-enough.com within 30 days of receiving your product(s) along with your order number and a picture of the damaged area and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
